Public Meeting Materials
The Planning Commission discussed the Guiding Policy Framework of the Sharp Park Specific Plan on Monday, July 20, 2020. The Commission heard from the public and provided guidance to City staff on topics including appropriate housing density and building heights along Palmetto Avenue, pedestrian and traffic safety, and bicycle/pedestrian connections through the West Sharp Park neighborhood. The items discussed in the meeting will provide the foundation for the rest of the Sharp Park Specific Plan.
On January 29, 2020, over 90 people attended the Sharp Park Specific Plan Concepts Workshop at the Pacifica Coastside Museum (Little Brown Church). At this workshop, participants learned about different options for achieving the goals and vision for Sharp Park and discussed their preferences. The evening’s presentation and boards is provided below.
