Take the Sharp Park Specific Plan Online Existing Conditions Survey!

The City of Pacifica is developing a Specific Plan to establish a vision for a vibrant, community-focused heart of the city in the historic Sharp Park neighborhood. The Specific Plan will provide guidance and detailed policies for economic development, transportation, land use and housing opportunities in the neighborhood.

The Sharp Park Planning Area has significant potential for evolution and enhanced vitality, with opportunity for mixed-use buildings, new housing and higher intensity development that will help the city address issues of housing affordability and create a center of gravity for Pacificans and visitors alike. Using text responses and drawing tools in the survey, share your input on issues and opportunities that need to be considered and addressed in developing the Plan. You do not have to complete the survey in one sitting if you use the same computer/mobile device and browser each time you access the survey.
